Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering their inquiries, and addressing any concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase average order value and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash, operate a point-of-sale (POS) system, and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
- Stock shelves and ensure that the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about products, competitors, and industry trends.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless store operations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in basic math, including calculating change and handling cash transactions.
- Bilingualism or the ability to communicate in multiple languages is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift and move stock, as well as work in a physical retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
