Are you ready to play a critical role as the Asset Management Director at Tosca? Your expertise in leveraging data analytics to enforce organizational policies and processes will ensure the control and protection of Tosca's physical assets. By developing innovative, data-driven methodologies for tracking and tracing assets throughout our Supply Chain, you will drive optimal asset utilization and minimize losses. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Supply Chain NA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced data analytics solutions to track and trace Tosca's assets throughout the Supply Chain, providing real-time visibility and actionable insights.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of asset data, including loss, customer turnover, and RPC tracking information, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Utilize predictive analytics and machine learning techniques to anticipate potential asset loss or slow turns, proactively implementing corrective measures.
• Collaborate with Customers to ensure accurate and timely reporting of assets, leveraging data to identify opportunities for process optimization and enhanced asset control.
• Partner with the Field Audit team to investigate potential loss or misuse areas, using data-driven insights to drive targeted solutions.
• Foster a data-driven culture of continuous improvement, leveraging analytics to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and asset management excellence.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Customer Service, to integrate asset management data and insights into broader business strategies and initiatives.
• Mentor, coach, and train the customer reporting team, guiding best practices, data analysis techniques, and customer communication strategies.
• Manage the performance of the customer reporting team, setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, and identifying opportunities for professional development and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in leveraging data analytics to drive supply chain optimization and asset management initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a high-performing team of data analysts and asset management professionals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, with the ability to create compelling, interactive dashboards that drive decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, adapting quickly to changing business needs and emerging technologies.

Work Schedule

This is a hybrid role. Monday and Friday are work-from-home days, and Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at our Colony Square office in Midtown.
