We're looking for a talented Civil Defense Attorney in St. Louis, MO with 3 years of direct experience in medical malpractice litigation.

What You Will Be Doing

• Gathering evidence and medical records in support of client strategy
• Taking depositions of the claimant, witnesses, medical experts, and other parties
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings

What You Need for this Position

• 3 years of civil defense experience
• Medical malpractice experience is a plus
• Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
• Admitted to practice law in Missouri and Illinois
