Our client, a leading aviation parts stockiest, is seeking a Sales Assistant for their Miami office. As a Sales Assistant, you will work alongside and support the US Sales Director in day-to-day activities and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the US Sales & Purchasing Director
- Collate quotes and market data via telephone
- Enter quotes and market data into the company inventory system
- Deliver high-quality customer service and responses
Qualifications:
- Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Local to the US Sales Office in Miami
- Full driving license
