Well- established full-service commercial/residential air conditioning, appliance, and plumbing service contract company, TOTAL APPLIANCE is currently on a mission to introduce more dedicated and hardworking individuals to our Broward headquarters team.
- Customer service experience / Dispatching: 1 year. (Required)
- Proven exceptional customer service skills including the ability to handle a heavy volume of calls while maintaining a positive and upbeat demeanor.
- Serves as primary point of contact for customers, technicians, sales representatives, and service managers to support the service team.
- Responsible for communication and status updates with all necessary parties (management, sales, purchasing, customers, dispatchers, etc.)
- Very punctual with strong time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to problem solve customer issues.
- Good telephone voice and etiquette, strong phone skills.
- Comfortable with a fast pace.
- Ability to clear a drug screening.
- Proven communication skills both verbal and written in English/Spanish.
- Maintain professional demeanor when working both customers and co-workers.
- BILINGUAL: ENGLISH / SPANISH.
