Responsibilities:

• Review requisitions and establish strong vendor partnerships
• Manage supplier performance to enhance quality and on-time delivery
• Liaise with vendors to obtain product information and negotiate pricing
• Create and process purchase orders or bid requests
• Maintain accurate procurement records and monitor inventory levels
• Address and resolve issues with defective goods or services
• Expedite delivery of products to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes
• Conduct quality checks on all sales orders and ensure accuracy
• Assist with quoting to support the sales team

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain-related roles
