Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract, identify, and engage high-caliber candidates
- Coordinate with CEO and Executive Assistant to understand their needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Lead the negotiation and offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continually improve the hiring process
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategy
- Prepare weekly reports for Auditing Director / Department
Requirements:
- Experience in human resources, business recruiting role, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment tools

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $24.50 - $25.50/hour.
