Job Title: Behavioral Technician (ABA Clinic)

Location: Carrollton, GA

Pay Rate: $18-$25 per hour

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Onsite

Position Overview:

As a Behavioral Technician, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will work directly with clients, providing one-on-one therapy sessions and assisting with skill acquisition and behavior management strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Assist clients with skill acquisition goals
• Provide behavior management support as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure consistency in treatment approach
• Maintain confidentiality of client information

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to and from the clinic
