Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and repair fire sprinkler systems according to codes and standards
- Assemble and install piping, valves, and fittings for fire sprinkler systems
- Perform tube bending and stick welding as necessary
- Utilize hand tools, calipers, and measuring instruments to ensure precise installation
- Test and troubleshoot fire sprinkler systems to guarantee proper functionality
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects within set timelines
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fire sprinkler fitting or a related field
- Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments
- Knowledge of codes and standards associated with fire sprinkler systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Capability to work independently or as part of a team
