Total Energies is Hiring a Consolidation and reporting Near Coffeyville, KS

Candidate Profile

  • Perform the external reporting function for consolidated statements of TotalEnergies Holdings USA, Inc. (TEHUSA) and Accompanying Subsidiaries and provide technical accounting support to TEHUSA and its affiliates.
  • Ensure the integrity and timeliness in reporting Company's financial and management results in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP accounting pronouncements as well as local and Group Accounting Policies.
  • Adherence to the Company's Internal Control Framework and procedures. BBA Degree in Accounting
  • 5 to 10 years of Accounting Experience
  • CPA and / or MBA preferred
  • Strong written, oral, and analytical skills

Activities

  • Responsible for accounting tax holdings reporting, including comprehension of the complex tax transactions, liaison with the tax team and reporting to US Top Management and group in charge of reporting TEPRI, US Holdings, Retia USA, LSS and LSS Funding companies' financial activities under IFRS
  • Consolidate TEPRI, US Holdings, RETIA USA, LSS and LSS Funding entities into the US GAAP financial statements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results for the US Holding Companies in compliance with IFRS. Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results for TEPRI, US Holdings, RETIA USA, LSS and LSS Funding.

Coordinate, review, and distribute monthly management reports for US Holdings

  • Provide technical accounting support to TotalEnergies Holdings USA, Inc. (TEHUSA) and Accompanying Subsidiaries. Prepare technical accounting memos when needed to support accounting treatment under IFRS
  • Prepare lead schedules (PBCs) to support quarterly and annual IFRS financial audit reviews by the external audit team
  • Complete Ad Hoc requests and other projects throughout the year as needed
