WorldSprings Dallas is the first outdoor mineral springs and spa experience in Texas and the largest in the United States. Located in The Colony, WorldSprings offers a unique water retreat inspired by nature's spas and the curative effects of mineral-rich water. Spread over 10 acres in the Grandscape complex, guests can enjoy 46 outdoor soaking pools, Finnish saunas, a spa, a cafe and bar, and more. WorldSprings combines the health benefits of mineral springs with the positive power of social connection, creating an experiential destination for everyone.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at WorldSprings. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food service and customer experience at the spa. This includes managing food and beverage operations, developing menus, training staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and managing budgets. The Food and Beverage Manager will work closely with the team to create a memorable dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

  • Food Service and Food & Beverage management experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in training and developing staff
  • Budgeting and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Certification in food handling and safety is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
