Job Responsibility :

Designation : Manager, Marketing and Branding

Reporting to: Director of Operations​​​

Role 

The Marketing Manager will spearhead the marketing and brand development strategy for the hospitality business. The ideal candidate will be accountable for formulating and executing innovative branding initiatives end to end. 

Accountability

1) Brand

Devise and execute integrated brand strategies. Track the brand metrics

Enhance brand visibility and reputation within the hospitality industry

2) Reputation management – Monitor, analyse and close the feedback & reviews received across all platforms

3) Content Stategy 

Brand identity across various online platforms and social media channels, ensuring cohesive and compelling brand messaging in the digital space. 

Monitor and manage the engagement with online communities, guest feedback, and leveraging positive brand narratives to strengthen the brand's online presence

4) Digital Marketing 

Create engaging and effective marketing campaigns, leveraging social media channels to increase brand awareness, drive guest engagement, and foster brand loyalty

Influencer campaigns

5) Content & Collateralls

Marketing collateral development aligned to brand identity and guidelines. 

Develop engaging and creative content that resonates with the target audience including brand shoots

6) Brand Performance Analysis: 

Track and analyse brand performance. Analyse data from social media and partner platforms, and publish report and learnings periodically

7) Collaboration and Integration: 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including guest services, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of branding strategies across online and offline touchpoints, fostering a consistent and memorable guest experience throughout their journey with the brand. 

Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop and implement initiatives that capitalize on emerging digital trends, integrating online reputation management practices to fortify the brand's digital presence and reputation in the hospitality industry. 

Qualification: 

1) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master'sdegree is preferred. 

2) 5-8 years of experience in brand management within the hospitality sector.

1) Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective branding strategies, that have positively impacted brand awareness and market share. 

3) Analytical bent of mind - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. 

4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. 

5) Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring a team. 

6) Proficiency in market research and analysis tools, as well as experience in utilizing various digital marketing platforms for brand promotion

7) Attention to detail, someone who is agile and an individual contributor.
