Job Summary:
. Answering phones, welcoming patients, and handling patient flower from check in to check out
. Verifying patient information, providing consent forms and obtaining necessary documents
. Maintaining and updating patient's database
. Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
. Following HIPAA compliance and OSHA guidance
· Organizing physical files and virtual paperwork
. Creating and submitting front desk report at the end of day
. Maintaining cash registry
· Maintaining the lobby, reception area, and other common areas
. Attending staff meetings/ training
. Delivering products to another clinic as needed
Qualification Requirement:
. Must be able to work from Tuesday to Saturday
· May be required to work at other clinics based on business needs
· Previous experience in a medical office environment is preferred
· Must have strong telephone and computer skills
· Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and coworkers
· Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
· Provides positive patient and colleagues interactions
· Ability to work in a fast-changing, team-oriented environment
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
