Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial software, technical accounting, and data entry. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be valued.

Duties:
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks
- Strong technical accounting skills with knowledge of financial concepts
- Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for customer interactions
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Knowledge of telemarketing or sales processes is a plus
