Total Restaurant Supply is a reputable, family-owned company with a long-standing history of providing high-quality restaurant supplies, parts, and kitchen equipment for over 20 years. We also offer a range of used equipment to restaurants, bars, and hotels. As our company expands, we seek a dedicated administrative assistant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

PLEASE NOTE: To be considered for this position, you must complete two assessments, "Managing spreadsheets in Excel ' and 'Data Entry, Attention to Detail ." Administrative Assistant Job Duties Include:

  • Answer inbound email
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Great and direct customers to appropriate salesperson or point of contact
  • Data entry
  • Prepare quotes, bid letters, and offers
  • Ordering Office Supplies
  • Managing company files
  • Accounts Receivable

  • Supporting Special Projects

  • Highly proficient in A/R & A/P
  • Develop and modify internal procedures to maintain and improve productivity
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task

Administrative Assistant Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • 3 years prior Administrative Assistant Experience
  • Highly proficient in A/R & A/P
  • 2 years of QuickBooks experience
  • Ability to type 50 wpm
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible with changes in workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Acumatica software following training
