Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive testing procedures on rack-integrated hardware systems to validate their performance, functionality, and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop detailed test plans and procedures tailored to specific rack integration projects, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all system components.
- Execute test cases according to defined test plans, meticulously documenting test results and identifying any deviations or issues encountered during testing.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies observed during testing, working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the rack integration process, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all testing activities.
- Generate detailed test reports summarizing testing activities, results, and findings, providing clear and concise documentation for internal reference and regulatory compliance purposes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability of rack integration testing processes, contributing insights and recommendations for process optimization.
- Understanding of relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA, FCC) applicable to validation activities is beneficial.
- Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance validation processes, methodologies, and outcomes.
- Technical aptitude.
- Testing and validation methodologies, e.g., calibration, planning, execution, reporting, and familiarity with validation protocols and procedures, are essential.

- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. An associate's or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Understanding of Linux/Windows and switch basic networking.
- Database experience is preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail, organized, and a proactive approach to documentation, planning, and execution.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Punctual with a positive attendance history.
- Ability to repeatedly lift >50lbs.
