Job Responsibilities
Plant Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Production plant for Workshop#1, Workshop#2 and Workshop#3 and the V1 and V2 in process inventory. Responsibilities include Safety of all team members and visitors, quality product specifications, protection of the customer, plant optimization. The Plant Manager is the primary communication to Human Resources in regard to the workshop’s hourly production team members are meeting expectations in attendance, safety, quality and output. Plant Manager oversees all plant operations and production by working directly with and providing leadership to supervision in the following departments: Compounding, Grinding, Extrusion, UV Coating, Sawing/Profiling, Padding and Packaging . Employment for this position is conditioned upon successfully passing certain pre-employment requirements.
