Job description
We are looking for an payroll specialist who will help support the business and take ownership of the payroll function.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to work both independently and with others, communicate well, be resourceful, and be organized. We are looking for a motivated individual with office experience. The right candidate will play an integral part in the future expansion of our company.
Payroll
o Maintain timekeeping system for attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments
o Update payroll system for changes in employee status / information
o Process weekly per diems
o Process weekly payroll for two separate third party payroll companies
o Post payroll and related deductions into accounting system
o Assist in new hire paperwork / onboarding
o Manage uniform purchases, counts and delivery to employees
Special Projects
o Payroll documentation & Miscellaneous Projects
