- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience required; 1 years HR experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Internet research, and HRIS applications
- Strong analytical & organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple cases and projects of moderate complexity
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal are required in order to effectively interface across all levels of the organization
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- In conjunction with the TEAS HR Services Director, develop and maintain organizational charts and headcount.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manages and resolves less complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Partner with Finance re: cost control, invoicing, vendor maintenance, reporting, and budget reconciliation
- Work closely with Talent Developer regarding internal moves/transfers; With support from the HR Coordinator initiate onboarding/offboarding and PeopleAssist tickets.
- Point of Contact Parental Leave, STD, LTD, Accommodations, Fitness Subsidy, and Scholarship programs, etc.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
