Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience required; 1 years HR experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Internet research, and HRIS applications
Strong analytical & organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple cases and projects of moderate complexity
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal are required in order to effectively interface across all levels of the organization
Activités
Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
In conjunction with the TEAS HR Services Director, develop and maintain organizational charts and headcount.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Manages and resolves less complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Partner with Finance re: cost control, invoicing, vendor maintenance, reporting, and budget reconciliation
Work closely with Talent Developer regarding internal moves/transfers; With support from the HR Coordinator initiate onboarding/offboarding and PeopleAssist tickets.
Point of Contact Parental Leave, STD, LTD, Accommodations, Fitness Subsidy, and Scholarship programs, etc.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
