- Bachelor’s degree required, (focus in the Human Resource field a plus).
- 5 years proven experience in full-cycle recruitment preferably in a fully integrated energy company with an international presence. This will have given the candidate an in-depth knowledge of recruiting best practices as well as regulations related to hiring.
- Effective written & verbal communications skills in order to effectively interface & influence across all levels of the organization and with external parties.
- Proven ability to use data analytics to measure & improve recruiting activitie
- Proficiency in recruiting technology such as an ATS, LinkedIn and Broadbean required
- Mastery of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Internet research.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Source, engage, and assess candidates for various roles within our organization.
- Utilize technology tools for efficient sourcing and assessment.
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout the recruitment process.
- Stakeholder Reputation:
- Be the face of TEAS to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
