Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Hours: 8:00 - 5:00 pm
Pay: $23 - $25/hr based on experience
Covid: Must be fully covid vaccinated

This is a contract to possible hire position or possible contract extension position

Job Summary:

• Provides administrative support by scheduling appointments and meetings, filing, opening/sorting mail, composing memos, minutes and routine correspondence, generating reports, ordering office supplies, managing bulk mail jobs, etc.
• Coordinates training, including the scheduling of trainers, preparation of training materials, design and distribution of forms and certificates, scheduling of students, maintaining database of training manuals and overseeing their periodic review and updates.
• Maintains all record-keeping associated with the staff incentive program, including attendance reports, patient satisfaction grids and missing charges tracking.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years admin work in a busy office environment
• Preferred: - Coding knowledge - EPIC software - Knowledgeable of medical terminology and patient discharge process
