Toth Financial is searching for a qualified candidate to join our team as Operations Manager. This role will lead, and be highly engaged in, daily operations along with supporting client needs across the firm. The role of Operations Manager demands significant attention to detail and analytical skills to implement procedures, enhance operational efficiencies, and provide internal and external support for the Advisory Team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the daily tasking of client-related activities based on needs and resources, along with handling required documents, back-office account management, and regular interaction with clients.

Successful candidates for this position will have a demonstrated track record of educational and/or professional achievement with increasing responsibilities, along with a passion for operational structure and efficiency within a professional, client-facing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as an Operations Team liaison with Portfolio Managers, providing operational and administrative support in daily business practices

• Provide excellent leadership to the Operations team and manage all relevant activities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing relevant documentation and execute on meeting follow-up activities

• Provide research and analysis upon request including generating reports, providing analysis for external or internal purposes, and maintaining portfolio administration requirements

• Fulfill time-sensitive tasks and manage competing deadlines while providing professional customer service to internal and external parties

• Develop, drive, and implement strategic goals for improving business operations

• Maintain relationships with internal teams and external contacts

• Support the Senior Vice President of Operations, and fill in for duties, when required

Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or other related fields; other degrees will be considered

• Understanding of investment performance measurements and statistics

• Exceptional leadership qualities including the ability to implement systems and processes

• Personable and team-oriented; Ability to be individually motivated and team focused.

• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities

• Demonstrated outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

• Skills in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Aptitude for learning new programs and applications as needed
