Personal Care Aide Job Summary:
Touching Hearts at Home - Omaha is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Aide to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Omaha, Nebraska. The Personal Care Aide will provide essential personal care services to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this role is $15-$18 per hour, paid semi-monthly. 
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assistance with self-administration
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and changing bed linens
- Accompany clients to appointments and on outings
- Maintain documentation of care provided and report any changes in client's condition to supervisors
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Requirements:
- Prior experience in personal care or a related field is preferred but not required 
- Must be able to pass a background check 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
