The Finn is the restaurant for Independent Living residents located in the hart of the Touchmark at The Ranch Campus.

As a Server Assistant you will work with the Front of House team by assisting with resetting tables, pre-bussing, providing refills for our guests, keep work stations stocked, clean, and assist servers as needed.

As a Host you will greet guests as they arrive, schedule dining reservations and assist in ensuring that guests enjoy an excellent experience.

$15 - $17 PER HOUR

Pay is based on experience

No experience necessary but you must :

• Be committed to and passionate about quality standards and customer service
• Be committed to and passionate about being part of a team to help ensure that everyone is successful
• Be willing to work weekends and holidays
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with all guests and team members
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a valid food handler’s card
• Possess a Title 4 Basic Alcohol Training Certification
• Basic computer knowledge and experience
• Enjoy working both independently and as part of a large team
• Be able to lift and / or carry up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods of time
