As a Server in our dining room, you will enrich lives every day by creating a friendly and inviting dining experience for Touchmark in The West Hills residents and guests. No experience is necessary, but you must:Be at least 16 years oldBe willing to work weekends and occasional holidaysBe able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods of timeBe able to read, write, and speak EnglishBe able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitorsYour duties will include:Greeting residents by nameTaking meal orders and answering questions about the menuServing meals and beveragesEnsuring that the dining room is cleanAttractive, and operating smoothly. You may also serve during special events and catered functions that take place at our community.
