Schedule is full-time, weekends required As the Dining Room Supervisor, you will work closely with the Dining Services Director to ensure each resident and guest preferences and needs are being met. You will have the chance each day to positively impact lives by ensuring that every Touchmark resident and guest has an exceptional dining experience, every time. You will hire, lead, mentor, and develop our team of dining room staff, teaching them proper dining room etiquette, meal handling procedures, and customer service skills so that every experience in our dining room meets and exceeds the Touchmark Gold Standard. You will also be responsible for scheduling and budget oversite.
