The ideal candidate will:Have a commitment to Touchmark's values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and giversPossess a high school diploma or equivalentHave a certificate or degree in culinary arts or a related field, though this is not a requirementHave at least five years' experience as a food services director, manager, or chef with leadership responsibilities in a similar environment, with demonstrated success in running a profitable kitchen and managing a team of kitchen staffPossess a valid food handler's card, and be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification Be willing to work occasional weekends and holidaysBe able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods of timeMaintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members
