As a Housekeeping Manager, you will contribute to the overall success of our community by fostering an environment of cooperation and teamwork, leading and mentoring a team of Housekeepers, and ensuring quality of service. The person who fills this role will be accountable for all aspects of the day-to-day housekeeping operations including: Clear vision with focus, courage, integrity, honesty, and humility as the cornerstone of leadership for this position Departmental goal setting that engages renowned operations Bringing forth new systems that will efficiently and effectively propel operations beyond industry standards Further, develop auditing processes to change as departmental needs change Use creativity and innovation to solve problems Have a sound understanding of overall operations as well as budgets Have knowledge and experience with infection control and an interest in expanding the infection control procedures Have experience with schedulingRequirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred or combined equivalent of education and experience Have at least two years of experience managing a team Have a “can-do” attitude towards their work and be passionate about maintaining a five-star site appearance Be proficient with computers, including multiple programs.
