About TouchMath

TouchMath is a K-12 multisensory math program that makes critical math concepts appealing and accessible for students who struggle to understand grade-level content. We are committed to maximizing student potential through its worldwide delivery of hands-on math programs, cultivating success with individuals of all abilities, and learning styles. Since 1975, TouchMath has delivered the only multisensory math program that uses the numeral itself as a manipulative. Our programs and product help teachers, parents, and students conquer math anxiety and unlock a new world of learning!

What you’ll do

TouchMath is expanding and we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to

Who you are

  • Comfortable with Technology! You use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook efficiently. We use LiveChat and HelpDesk and while prior CRM experience with Salesforce is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Teammate! Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with others in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Detail oriented! You can multi-task and prioritize your own work, set and meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Specific Responsibilities Include

  • Answering and distributing customer phone calls to the appropriate department.
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions.
  • Escalating queries and concerns to the appropriate manager
  • Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
  • Assisting Helpdesk and Live Chat to respond to customer inquires
  • Entry of customer orders into the ERP system and CRM as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Customer Service

· Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred

· Prior experience with technology related requests preferred

Salary Range: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
