Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and customer service skills. As a Recovery Agent, you will be responsible for assisting in vehicle recovery operations and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Operate a tow truck or flatbed to recover vehicles
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics and mechanical tasks
- Drive manual transmission vehicles as needed
- Provide excellent customer service during recovery operations

Experience:
- Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle repairs
- Previous experience as a mechanic or in a similar role is beneficial
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles including manual transmission
- Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients
