Tower Fasteners is Hiring a Warehouse Receiver Near Holtsville, NY
Tower Fasteners, a leader in the field of fastener distribution is looking for a Full TimeWarehouse Receiver in our Holtsville location.
Hours are Monday -- Friday 9 am -- 6 pm.
Responsibilities are to Accurately and efficiently receive products and materials in house and enter same into computerized inventory system. This includes:
- Unloading truck shipments and visually check for damages
- Compare shipment to packing slip and purchase order for accuracy
- Document and report discrepancies
- Enter incoming information into computer for inventory maintenance.
- Train to use our picker and forklift.
Qualifications: Warehouse Receiving experience. Punctuality is important. Must be PC literate. Regularly lift/move up to 25 pounds, but must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds. High School diploma or GED required. Employee will be trained on the picker and fork lift, therefore Dr. Lic. will be required.
