The Insurance Sales Representative is responsible for selling various insurance products to members / policyholders and fostering relationships through providing excellent service.
This position acts as an advocate for members / policyholders within the organization, providing them with a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and options.
The role offers the opportunity for growth and development through gaining in-depth knowledge of the business and receiving mentorship from experienced senior leaders.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

EDUCATION
High School Diploma / GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one (1) year of property and casualty insurance industry experience strongly preferred (i.e. agency experience, marketing, underwriting, or claims).
Experience with underwriting and policy servicing preferred. Familiarity with state and laws, regulations, and guidelines and sound knowledge and understanding of the industry's best practices highly desirable.

2-20 Florida Agent License required within 30 days of hire.
