Claims and Licensing Administrator

Tower Loan is searching for a full-time Claims and Licensing Administrator to join our team.

The Claims and Licensing Administrator is responsible for processing insurance claims, maintaining insurance licenses, and managing insurance company related invoices.

Compensation :

$18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibility Summary :

• Adjudicate credit insurance claims timely with superior service to policyholders and beneficiaries.
• License and maintain personnel and entities for all states (team members do specific states) in which American Federated insurance is sold through the Tower Loan branch network.
• Answer phone, emails, and process mail
• Maintain office supplies
• Ad hoc / recurring reports and miscellaneous requests of management
• Perform accounts payable function for insurance companies

Qualifications :

• Knowledge of MS Office products
• Time management, multi-tasking, detail oriented, and good communication
• Claims experience preferred
• Basic accounting experience preferred.
• This position is located in Flowood, MS. The employee will report daily to our corporate location. *

Work Schedule :

Work Schedule : M F; 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 30 p.m.
