As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties:

- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

- Previous experience in caregiving or direct support is preferred

- Knowledge of hospice care principles and practices is a plus

- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
