Advanced Tower Services, LLC. is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager in our Albuquerque, New Mexico office. We are looking for a skilled applicant with a strong technical background in Telecommunication Tower Construction and Modifications and civil construction, can estimate construction projects of various types and size. This person has at least two years of experience estimating construction projects and two or more years experience managing projects. Responsibilities include the obtaining labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracting quotes, determining quantities of these items, properly tabulating costs, and summarizing into an official quote utilizing proper overhead, margin, and tax allocations. This job is also responsible for reevaluating project needs throughout the course to adjust to environmental restraint, budget changes, and provide quotes as needed to the customer
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Analyzing requirement documents, blueprints, Scopes of Work, Contracts, and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project
Ensuring all moving parts within any and all projects are attended to and performed per specs

Determining what factors of production will influence the cost of a service or product
Analyzing the pre-determined estimate and preparing a budget for the field team
Ensuring all personnel are properly vetted and cleared for high security projects
Creating , managing, and maintaining up -to- date schedules, bills of materials and budgets
Ordering and verifying materials on each and every project

Preparing material estimates and cost estimates for the product or service

Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in construction, civil and telecommunication

Excellent oral and written communication skills (required).

High attention to detail with ability to organize and prioritize tasks and documentation.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe .pdf editor. (required).
Knowledge of estimating techniques and tools
Strong organizational and problem solving skills, demonstrated attention to detail.
Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully & effectively.

Education
Minimum 2-3 years of industry related project management experience in similar role, or at least one year experience estimating costs in a related industry. Bachelor's degree in business management, finance or administration (preferred, not required)
