The Town of Foxborough is seeking a dynamic professional Recreation Director to join our team.Duties include but are not limited to:
Planning, coordinating, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive recreation program. Manages staff and oversees the administration of the department in accordance with the budget guidelines, safety and legal staff.Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related recreational field. Master's Degree desirable; plus at least three progressively responsible experience in recreation management; supervisory experience; municipal experience preferred; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Salary and Benefits: 
Full-time (40 hours per week), benefit eligible position. Starting salary range $83, 144 to $86,484: union position.
