Town of Medley - Building and Zoning/License Clerk II
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Building and Zoning/License Clerk II is responsible for performing clerical/secretarial tasks in support of the Building and Zoning Department. Duties include assisting owners, contractors, and developers in filing applications for building permits, determining the completeness of permit applications, and obtaining the required documents to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED:
This is a full-time position consisting of a 37.5-hour work week and is classified as non-exempt under the FLSA. The Building and Zoning/License Clerk II reports directly to the Building and Zoning Director/Building Official.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision, peripheral, and depth perception.
