TownePlace Suites, Chesterfield is seeking to hire both full and part-time room attendants. The housekeeping department is responsible for providing a fresh and safe atmosphere for our guests by ensuring that guestrooms and public areas are routinely cleaned and sanitize.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with housekeeping or janitorial beneficial but not required • Chesterfield, MI 48051: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Responsibilities

• The housekeeping department is responsible for providing a fresh and safe atmosphere for our guests by ensuring that guestrooms and public areas are routinely cleaned and sanitize

• Clean guestrooms according to brand standards within the allocated time frame (meeting required MPOR) • Replacement of all bedding to ensure a clean and healthy environment for every new guest staying with us

• Cleaning and providing a fresh and germ free bathroom • Guaranteeing all devices and appliances work accordingly for every guest to enjoy all conveniences while being away from home

• Work with the supervisor to certify each and every room is compliant with the cleanliness standards of the brand to provide the best possible stay for our guests • Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, services, room locations, amenities, and hotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants, and medical facilities)

•Represent efficiency and friendliness in a manner that leaves a lasting impression • Handle lost and found items with integrity by promptly notifying the front desk to ensure that items are returned as soon as possible

• Learning and adhering to proper handling protocols in using cleaning chemicals and how to respond to unexpected exposure of the product to eyes or open body services • Other duties as assigned Benefits
