Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems - Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems - Fabricate and weld components as needed - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs - Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations - Supervise and train other maintenance staff members - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols - Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders Requirements: - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team - Proficiency in logic controllers and other technical systems - Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions - Welding skills for fabrication purposes - Experience in facilities maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems - Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving abilities to address maintenance issues effectively - Customer service-oriented mindset to meet the needs of internal stakeholders Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
