What you will be doing
Approach and serve all guests in a sincere, courteous manner| Prepare to open and close the bar according to operational policies and standards | Maintain knowledge about all menu items and beverages | Completes ordering, stocking and organizing all liquor, juices, glassware, paper, wines, etc. Assist with menu changes and custom cocktails.
The ideal candidate for this position
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Adheres to all local and national liquor laws
- Ability to work nights and weekends
