Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from existing clients
- Engage clients in friendly and professional conversation to identify specific needs
- Transfer calls to appropriate resources
- Act as the liaison between the client & account manager
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Active listening skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- 3 weeks of PTO ( 9 paid holidays)
