Job Summary The EHS administrative assistant is in charge of data entry, maintaining computer and manual filing systems, and responding to EHS inquiries in a timely manner. The individual in this role will generate reports as needed and will order office and other supplies. Responsibilities
Responsible for accurate daily entry of several EHS reports and logs.
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Maintain accurate EHS records as required.
Generate reports as requested by EHS manager.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Input all information collected during audits including formatting pictures.
Other projects and assignments as requested by the management team.
Order office and other supplies as needed.
Other projects and assignments as requested by the EHS Manager.
Qualifications
Experience in Microsoft office (excel, word, PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written communication (English).
Strong organizational skills.
Detail oriented with good analytical skills.
Punctual and able to administer time to accomplish tasks.
Able to complete tasks with minimal supervision

Must have a good safety record and be able to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
Must have a strong commitment to the management objectives and ability to interact well with others.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
