Sales Analyst

Location: East Chicago, IN (Hybrid)

What We’re Looking For:

In this Sales Analyst role, you will support sales, manufacturing, and management by performing data analysis to model data with the goal of discovering useful trends to support decision-making. You will work with shop floor Leaders, Production Engineers, and Design Engineers to develop effective countermeasures. By utilizing data you will assist in finding proactive approaches to improve training to prevent repeat problems in manufacturing processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
• Proficient Computer skills - using Microsoft Office
• Intermediate to Proficient skills with Power BI
• Ability to think critically and analyze complex problems
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Capable of presenting information to different stakeholders
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the United States

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collect and analyze data to support Toyota Heavy Duty strategy and operations.
• Manage the collection of data, analyzation of market trends, and creation of detailed reports to support development of strategies that improve sales productivity.
• Monitor and analyze competitive activity, customer and market trends.
• Maintain metrics, update dashboards, and create visuals to support review of trends
• Actively monitor Telematics to assist dealer pro-activity in supporting units
• Pull Telematics data for internal insights and trends to support various departments
• Assist Territory Managers with reporting to support dealers
