What We’re Looking ForWe are currently searching for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Business Process Analyst to support the Bank’s Finance Department.
What You’ll Be DoingThis individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, documenting flows and descriptions, and recommending best practices on all end-to-end business workstreams that have a direct impact on the Finance Department as well as key management reports.
Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3-5 skills
- Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS]
- 5 years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
- High degree of technical aptitude with a demonstrated knowledge of process engineering within Finance or Banking sectors
- Highly proficient technical skills with process mapping tools such as Lucid or Visio
- Experience with mapping large cross departmental process.
- Ji Kotei Kanketsu (JKK) or Toyota Production System (TPS) or Lean Six Sigma (or comparable)
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge and application of Change Management principals
- Experience with the identification of operational controls
- Experience with research of Banking regulations
