• Practice and promote user-centric thinking on your design work.
• Lead and drive design from problem definition to final execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, software engineers, researchers, and content designers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Focusing on defining and shaping internal products and services for Client's Enterprise Applications.
• Translating complex ideas into understandable concepts that evolve and enhance the product and service experiences.
• Advocating and supporting the user's perspective, needs, and preferences with product, business, and technology partner
• teams.
• Seeing inside the data to uncover high-impact business opportunities and user benefits.
• Seamlessly handing off concepts for further enhancement by the team's product designers.
• Prioritizing the portfolio to help set the strategy for the team.
• Work with product leadership to identify and prioritize research questions that support our business needs across multiple
• value streams.
• Translate business problems to human-centered problems by strategizing and positioning research plans within product
• roadmaps, business rationale, and stakeholder priorities.
• Identify the best method or mix of methods based on research questions, timeline and resourcing and as necessary, employ
• change management strategies to address stakeholder pushback
• Teach and mentor junior researchers, designers, and product managers in various research activities
• Communicate research insights in compelling, creative ways to designers, product managers, and data science colleagues.
• Act as the user expert in the design thinking process, participating in ideation sessions and design critiques with UX
• designers.
• Help advance our UX research practice by proposing improvements to our research processes as needed.

Required Technical Skills:

• 10 years of UX design and strategy experience
• IOS System Application 7-8 years experience
• Figma System , no more than 4 years experience since Figma system is new
• Enterprise Applications, 90% of the work is in Enterprise Applications, 10 years

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience of concepting and visualizing experiences through storyboarding, scenarios, task flows, and prototypes at all levels of fidelity.
• Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and change during a project.
• Fluency in the latest product design trends, tools and technology across platforms.

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
