Toyota / Mazda of Gastonia has a rare opening in their accounting department for an AP/AR Clerk. This position is responsible for paying all the dealership’s payable in an accurate and timely manner. Previous experience working in an automotive dealership is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

· Post accounts receivable payments

· Paying all the dealership’s payables

· Set-up new accounts/process credit applications

· Process dealer trade paperwork

· Assist with posting month end entries and schedule clean-up

· Previous experience in accounting

· Previous DealerTrack experience preferred but not required

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to pass a pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR and drug testing

· Must possess a valid driver’s license

· Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
