The Parts Warehouse Representative serves our customers as well as ships and receives products. We are looking for a dedicated employee with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills to help support our growth.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Fills and prepares orders for shipment and to inventory

* Receives parts and backorder parts

* Track warranty parts for return or scrapping

* Helps manage bin and parts locations to verify inventory records

* Addresses any discrepancies in parts inventory

* Determines the proper mode of transportation for parts shipments

* Ensures workplace and warehouse are free of hazards

* Loads and unloads cargo

* Work collaboratively on a team

* Perform all other duties as assigned

* Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers

* Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or GED required

* Excellent customer service skills

* 2 years warehouse experience

* Highly motivated, self-starter

* Positive attitude and desire to work as a team player

* Basic computer skills

* Experience in automotive a plus

**Physical Demands and Working Conditions:**

* Required to move throughout the parts shelves all-day, reaching and climbing to obtain parts from inventory

* Stand six to eight hours during a shift

* Must be able to lift up to forty pounds

* Must be able to climb at least two flights of stairs

* Will be exposed to noise, dust and exhaust fumes, paint and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials

* Ability to work in various working conditions both indoors and outdoors, including but not limited to extreme heat and/or cold, and rain

* Ability to kneel, bend, and/or reach above the shoulders
