Responsibilities – Accounting Assistant:

• Support, and back up of office staff and cashiers
• Process daily operational tasks, such as floorplan payoffs, lien payoffs, customer checks and other tasks
• Process customer F&I cancellations and refunds
• Timely and accurate reconciliation of inventory accounts, cash accounts bank accounts and reserve statements
• Process Dealer trades, lease buyouts and courtesy delivery
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all accounting tasks
• Process customer F&I cancellations and refunds
• Timely and accurate reconciliation of inventory accounts, cash accounts bank accounts and reserve statements
• Complete other accounting, financial and office duties as assigned.
• Process Dealer trades, lease buyouts and courtesy delivery

Qualifications/Requirements - Accounting Assistant:

• 
  Accounting experience required
• Must have Automotive Dealership experience
• Title work experience is a plus
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and listening skills
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Good work ethic and computer skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
