Toyota of Warsaw is actively searching for a New / Used Vehicle Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our vehicle inventory
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize sales software to track and manage sales pipeline

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of dealership operations and retail math
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems
