Job DescriptionAs the Design Group Manager, you will oversee the designs and drafts of projects, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your expertise in 2D AutoCAD will be crucial in guiding the organization through complex design challenges and delivering exceptional results for their clients. What will you receive?

What will you be doing?
Design and draft new projects specializing in 2D AutoCAD
Oversee the development and execution of design projects from concept to completion
Ensure all design work adheres to industry standards and client specifications
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project integration
Review and approve design drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness
What do you bring to the table?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Previous design experience, with a focus on 2D AutoCAD
Proven experience in a leadership capacity
Strong proficiency in 2D AutoCAD and related software
Excellent understanding of design principles and industry standards
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
